Wonderful Place-Kauai Salt Ponds

What a beautiful place. It may not sound like a place to enjoy the natural coast line of Kauai, but if the locals are even there you know it's gotta be good. An excellent beach for just taking it easy

A lava shelf protects the inner beach from surf, there is an excellent shallow and calm area for small children. Good for just floating around and snorkeling. Away from the more populated beaches.
